Workshop
Ways of Working: Lego City Simulation
The workshop is about developing an understanding of agile methodologies, with an intensive simulation of the Scrum framework. Each team spends time with a ‘product owner’, building and estimating a backlog and then they have a series of sprints together as a team to deliver their city with Lego.
The Lego City Simulation is a fun and challenging way to experience how people work in agile delivery teams, without having the pressure of developing software. Attendees will leave with an understanding of agile and scrum, an understanding of how teams use this to deliver products and how you can use agile for your next project and even your daily life choices
